Over 22 years of experience in sales, business development and management, including 12 years as Country Sales Director and General Manager of the Romanian branch of a leading Finnish corporation (2009–2021). Currently dedicated to the development of STAICUT ART®, combining artistic practice, curatorial work, exhibition development, strategic leadership, and international communication.
Lyrically layered, enigmatic and purely emotional, her works intertwine reality and myths, symbolism and abstraction, the past and the present. Marked by an elegant luminescence and mostly painted in vivid tempera colors, the paintings encompass symbols and scenery that are cloaked in a shadowed euphoria, suspending the viewer in a transitory, dreamlike psychical state.
Her creative world reflects the abstract dimension of symbols and forms, sentiments and understandings, feelings and desires, meanings and metaphors she has always been attracted to. The singularity of expression, the fascination of applying pure precious metal leaf, Artist’s message captured in the abstract expression, the wonder for sense and simplicity, symbolism and narratives, vivid matte colors and the Gold supremacy are encapsulated in unique painted poems ready to be revealed to the admiring eye.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (2005), The Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE).

More than 18 years of expertise in public relations, marketing, and corporate communication, with extensive experience as Marketing & Communication Manager within the Romanian subsidiary of a global Japanese corporation. Currently dedicated to the development of STAICUT ART®, combining artistic practice with branding, strategic communication, curatorial projects, exhibition development, digital presence, and international outreach.
Stylistically complex, her compositions elude categorization, often revealing intimate, nonlinear references to mythology, history, literature and poetry while maintaining the abstract positioning within contemporary art. The paintings address a deep exploration in fantasy and idyllic landscapes depicting an osmosis of different perspectives, different dimensions of time and forms of feeling, mystery and fascination.
All her art reflects refinement, not just through precious metals, but with delicate forms spread out in designs which are easy on the eyes and a pleasure to cherish. While contemplating the ancient qualities of these small treasures, she invites viewers to discover the subtle threads that connect them to our ancestors. With an incorporation of precious materials and a delicate palette, the art speaks through generations and connects the observer with a state of mind which resembles ancient and universal principles of honor, elegance, and glory.
As an amateur, but passionate photographer, she keeps wonderful traces of her journeys throughout places and countries, cultivating their different spirit, people and culture encapsulated in her camera. It was an honor and a privilege to be selected and have her first expo show of photographs from Japan on February 23, 2023, celebrating the birthday of the emperor of Japan, at the Karoly Castle, in Carei, Satu Mare, within the photographic exhibition “Japan seen by Romanian photographers” organized by the International Association Euro Foto Art – Oradea, Romania.

What began in September 2023 under the name Ideologist Art (IA) has continued to evolve and, in September 2026, enters a new chapter as STAICUT ART®.
More than a new name, STAICUT ART® represents the next chapter in our artistic journey – a distinctive, registered trademark, rooted in authenticity, our shared family heritage, and a commitment to developing a unique artistic language within the landscape of contemporary Romanian abstract art.

“Their works? Continents of sensitivity.
Worlds embodied in emotion.
Universes painted in the sweet color of hope.
In a word: enchantment!
Thank you for the ocean of beauty, Cristina and Magda STĂICUȚ!”
